Position OverviewAre you an experienced State Farm professional with strong leadership skills? Do you thrive in a managerial role while delivering excellent customer service? We are seeking a Customer Service / Office Manager to oversee operations, support team members, and ensure exceptional client experiences.
As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in managing daily office operations while leading and supporting the team. Your prior State Farm experience will be essential in driving efficiency, fostering client relationships, and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the team
- Oversee customer service interactions, ensuring high-quality support
- Ensure compliance with State Farm policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the agent on business strategies and goals
Requirements
- Prior State Farm insurance experience (required)
- Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Experience with State Farm systems and procedures
